Jamal Daniel

Jamal Daniel, M.S., currently serves as a Jr GRC Analyst at Brivo, a position held since March 2021, and previously worked as a Technical Support Representative. Prior experience includes roles at Verizon from December 2013 to March 2021 as a Solutions Specialist and Guru, as well as a Product Advisor at Microsoft for six months in 2012-2013, where advisement on Microsoft products was provided to approximately 100 customers per month. Jamal Daniel also gained significant experience at Apple between November 2010 and September 2012, serving as a Family Room Specialist, focusing on computer repair and software training, and as a Specialist, achieving over $1 million in sales within a year. Jamal Daniel holds a Master’s degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from George Mason University, a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Marymount University, and an Associate's degree in Social Sciences from Northern Virginia Community College.
