Joe Shanahan has extensive work experience in software development and engineering, holding various leadership roles throughout their career. Joe has worked at companies such as Brivo, NCI Information Systems, Mind Over Machines, Serco, Kajeet, Flagship Customs Services, and Computech. Joe's roles included Lead Software Engineer, Lead Developer, Senior Java Developer, Software Engineer IV, and Senior Software Engineer, where they led teams, developed new functionalities, and modernized applications using a variety of technologies such as Java, Spring, Hibernate, and Oracle.
