Cody Nakatsukasa

Cody Nakatsukasa is an accomplished finance professional with experience in financial asset management and real estate. Currently serving as an Analyst in Financial Asset Management at Brixmor Property Group since July 2025, Cody previously held an internship in the same department from May to August 2024. Additional experience includes roles such as Director of Membership for the USC Trojan Real Estate Association, a Spring Originations Intern at Lever Capital Partners, and a Portfolio Manager for the USC Marshall REIT Fund. Cody has also contributed as a Vice President of Member Experience for Scholars of Finance and participated in the Affordable Housing Bridge Program with Project Destined. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California and coursework at UCLA Extension.
