Heather Dwyer

Heather Dwyer has an extensive legal career, currently serving as Vice President of South Regional Legal Services at Brixmor since 2003. Prior to this role, Dwyer worked as a Senior Paralegal and Producer in Government Affairs at Adelphia Cable Communications from 2001 to 2003, and as Director of Legal Services at Strine Enterprises from 1997 to 2001. Dwyer holds a certification in Paralegal Studies from Widener University Schools of Law, obtained between 1998 and 1999, and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Sociology from Widener University, completed in 1997.
