Michelle Kaus

Michelle Kaus, CSM, RPA, is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in overseeing diverse portfolio assets. Currently serving as Senior Property Manager at Brixmor Property Group since August 2017, Michelle is responsible for the daily operations and management of various properties in the Pacific Northwest, including lifestyle and community centers. Prior roles include General Manager at DDR Corp. from March 2002 to August 2017, Director of Property Management at Lance-Kashian & Company, and Sr. Property Manager at Western Properties Trust, in addition to early experience as Property Manager at Pacific Western Holding Company. Educational background includes studies at Gavilan College from 1978 to 1980.
