David Curd

David Curd currently serves as Vice President of Clinical Development at Brixton Biosciences, overseeing the design and execution of strategic clinical trials in a dynamic, VC-funded environment. Prior to this role, David held the position of Vice President of Global Clinical Affairs at Avanos Medical, where responsibilities included clinical evidence strategy, investigator-sponsored studies, and EU MDR compliance. David's extensive career also features leadership roles in clinical affairs at Halyard Health, Stereotaxis, Inc., and Cryolife Inc., where significant contributions were made to pivotal clinical trials and regulatory approvals. David earned a Master of Science in Bioengineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Science with a management emphasis from Lipscomb University.
