Bob Phipps

As Managing Director of Capital Markets, Bob is responsible for the overall marketing of the Brixton brand, raising capital for the Brixton real estate platforms, and client relations for the institutional investors and the high net worth and family office partners.

Bob is an accomplished real estate executive with deep experience in all aspects of JV Platforms, asset management, investment strategy, and acquisitions. He has an extensive track record of successfully navigating multiple real estate cycles as an operator and investment manager.

Bob graduated from the University of California at Davis with a Bachelor of Science, in Managerial Economics. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of California.
