Briya Public Charter School educates adults and young children in Washington, DC. Families enroll in Briya’s two-generation program together: parents study English, digital literacy, and parenting while their children receive a high-quality early education. Briya also offers a high school diploma and training for Medical Assistant and Child Development Associate credentials. The school has four campuses and serves over 650 families each school year.

The Adult Education Team at Briya Public Charter School focuses on enhancing the educational and professional skills of adult learners. The team provides instruction in English, digital literacy, parenting, and vocational training including Child Development Associate (CDA) credentials and medical assistant programs. They also support hybrid and virtual learning initiatives, assess student progress, and coordinate comprehensive literacy programs to empower families and promote lifelong learning.
