Asia Leibman

Asia Leibman has held various engineering and development roles since 2005. Asia began their career at the Office of the Prime Minister of Israel as a Developer, Java Developer, and Intelligence Integrator. In 2012, they joined Citi as a Software Developer, where they were responsible for end to end design and development of application modules. Asia was later promoted to Development Team Lead, where they were responsible for full cycle of project management, integration and coordination with development, QA and support teams. In 2014, they joined Via - On-Demand Transit as an Engineering Team Lead, where they were responsible for end-to-end development of Via's operational tools and the rider-facing part of Via's product. In 2020, they joined Tomorrow.io (formerly ClimaCell) as an Engineering Team Lead, leading a team of 5 senior full-stack engineers building the B2B SAAS product. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Briya as an Engineering Team Lead.

Asia Leibman studied at Tel Aviv University from 2006 to 2009 and obtained a BSc in Computer Science and Life Sciences with specialization in Bioinformatics. Asia then returned to Tel Aviv University from 2012 to 2016 and obtained a Master of Arts (MA) in Environmental Studies.
