Meagan Hartley has accumulated extensive work experience in the advertising and media industry. Meagan started their career as a Classified Sales Representative at The Pilot Newspaper in 2012, where they assisted customers with ad sales and redesigned ad materials. In 2014, they joined The Fayetteville Observer as a Digital Advertising Coordinator, where they established a system for the company's new digital advertising agency and managed online ad operations.

In 2015, Meagan moved to excelerate Digital, where they served as a Local Display Specialist, responsible for ad placement and optimization for 28 newspapers. Meagan also conducted training sessions for local newspapers. Subsequently, they transitioned to the role of Programmatic Display Strategist at the same company, where they optimized campaigns, analyzed tactics mix, and utilized various advertising platforms.

In 2019, Meagan joined Brkthru as a Programmatic Media Trader, managing and optimizing campaigns for clients across diverse verticals. Meagan displayed creative problem-solving skills and contributed to client growth by analyzing campaign data from different perspectives. Eventually, they rose to the position of Senior Programmatic Media Trader and took on additional responsibilities, including mentoring junior traders, developing training documentation, and streamlining departmental processes.

Throughout their career, Meagan has demonstrated proficiency in various advertising platforms, including DV360, Campaign Manager, Ad Manager 360, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Adobe Advertising. Meagan has made significant contributions to campaign success and client satisfaction by leveraging their analytical skills and expertise in the media industry.

Meagan Hartley attended Salem College from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in History. In January 2018, they obtained a certification in AdWords Display from Google.
