Joshua Proud

Joshua Proud is a solicitor and paralegal with extensive experience in general litigation, particularly in Contentious Probate and Trusts as well as Disputed Court of Protection matters. Currently serving as a solicitor at BRM since September 2023, Joshua has previously held the position of litigation executive at Thornton Jones Solicitors and SSB Law, focusing on various contentious probate claims and related disputes. Early career experiences include roles as a litigation assistant at Kennedys, paralegal at Paralaw, and legal advisor at Trade Union Legal LLP, showcasing a broad understanding of civil law, personal injury claims, and case management. Joshua's educational background includes a Bar Professional Training Course from BPP University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Leeds Beckett University.
