Cecilie Astrid Rudolph is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in people and culture management, leadership development, and organizational consultancy. Currently serving as People and Culture Manager at bro since June 2013, Cecilie holds strategic responsibilities for enhancing people processes while also specializing in leadership development as a Senior Managing Consultant. Past roles include Management Consultant focusing on organizational and change management, and Marketing and Communication Coordinator at IBM, where project management and marketing activities were key responsibilities.
