Karsten le Blanc

Karsten Le Blanc has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Karsten currently serves as a Partner and Chief Financial Officer at Broad Arrow Group since January 2022. Prior to this, Le Blanc held positions such as Non Executive Director at Nicholas Mee & Co Ltd - Aston Martin Heritage Specialists since August 2017 and Managing Director at Twin Spark Finance Ltd from September 2018 to January 2022. Karsten also served as a Non Executive Director at De Raekt from June 2015 to December 2021 and as an Advisory Board Member at DART Talent & Executive Search from March 2017 to March 2019. Before that, Le Blanc held positions at Credit Suisse as Head UK UHNWI from May 2015 to November 2016, at Deutsche Bank as Managing Director from June 2013 to May 2015, and at Credit Suisse as Managing Director from September 1992 to May 2013. Karsten started their career at County NatWest in October 1989, working in M&A, and later worked at Credit Lyonnais in interest rate derivatives from January 1991 to July 1992.

Karsten Le Blanc began their education journey at Sint Janslyceum in 1978, where they pursued a Gymnasium degree until 1985. Karsten then enrolled at Tilburg University for their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Economics, which they successfully completed between 1985 and 1990. In 2008, Karsten attended The Wharton School for an Advanced Management Program (AMP54).
