Elana Anastasio

Elana Anastasio is an experienced professional specializing in patient-partnered research and project management, currently serving as the Director of Project Strategy & Development for Count Me In at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard since May 2016. Elana has held various leadership roles within Count Me In, including Associate Director and Senior Manager, overseeing multifaceted teams and fostering partnerships with patient advocacy and disease communities. Prior experience includes program administration at Harvard Catalyst Clinical Research Center and clinic coordination at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, where responsibilities encompassed operational management, research oversight, and protocol development. Elana holds a BA in Psychology from Ithaca College and has prior education from Brandeis University.
