John Davis

John Davis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in analytics and pipeline engineering at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, where roles include Senior Analytics & Pipeline Engineer and Senior Computational Associate since November 2011. Davis has contributed to the CMAP project by developing gene expression profile databases for human cell lines and has managed assay development, data generation, and laboratory operations. Prior to this, a Research Intern position was held at UMass Medical School, focusing on protein expression responses in a new model organism for astrobiological research. Davis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, completed in 2011.
