Mia Yee-Komai serves as a BroadLife Program Specialist at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard since February 2022, where Mia also holds the title of Senior Coordinator of Work-life and Wellbeing. Prior to this, Mia contributed to Itoya Topdrawer Corp. as a Content Coordinator, leading organic traffic strategies and writing content for the company's website, and served as a Sales Manager, targeting global nomadic creatives. At Spencer, Sullivan & Vogt, Inc., Mia worked as an Architectural Marketing Designer, advocating for architectural projects that blend aesthetic and functional elements. Academic benefits include a Bachelor of Arts in Sociocultural Anthropology and Architectural Studies from the College of the Holy Cross, where Mia held multiple leadership roles, including Co-Chair of the Social Justice Coalition, ALANA Peer Mentor, and Fenwick Scholar, conducting significant independent research that explores Asian American identities and food culture. Additional experiences feature roles as an Art Director at Camp Harbor View and various positions focused on social justice and community engagement during college.
