Mrinal Shekhar is an accomplished researcher with extensive experience in computational chemistry and drug design. Currently serving as Group Leader and Senior Research Scientist at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard since September 2019, Mrinal has progressed through various roles including Computational Chemist. Prior to this, Mrinal worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at AstraZeneca, focusing on advancing structural elucidation techniques using CryoEM for drug design. Mrinal holds a graduate degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where experience as a research intern at Silicon Therapeutics further enhanced expertise in the field.
