Ronnie Mae Weiss, MSW, is an experienced professional in work/life strategy and career development, currently serving as Associate Director at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard since March 2021. Weiss is a longstanding Board Member of the College and University Work Family Association since January 2015. Previously, Weiss held positions such as Senior Manager at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, directing the Center for Work/Life and Wellbeing with a focus on benefits and resources for 13,000 employees, and Founder and CEO at College to Career Consulting, successfully placing over 200 young professionals across various sectors.
