Trung Tran

Trung Tran currently serves as an Associate System Analyst at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard since November 2020, specializing in configuring and managing Linux environments and automating deployment processes using Jenkins and GitHub-Puppet. Previously, Trung held roles as an IT Specialist and an IT Support Technician at UMass Boston College of Management, where responsibilities included troubleshooting hardware and software issues, technical support for various operating systems, and training new team members. Trung also provided IT support at MEFA, assisting with service requests and maintaining computer systems across the organization. Trung holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from UMass Boston, obtained in 2020.
