Esther Stone

Esther Stone has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting from 2007, they worked as an Assistant Director at the Hebrew Academy for Special Children, where they managed fundraising efforts and directed project management for the organization. In 2012, they became the Director of Human Resources, PR & Marketing at HASC Center, where they designed and implemented HR policies and supervised a staff responsible for recruitment, compliance, benefits, and training. Esther then moved on to Centers Plan For Healthy Living in 2014, serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources. In this role, they managed the complete HR portfolio of a managed long-term care insurance company and established the HR department for a new start-up. Currently, Esther is the Director of Human Resources at Broad Management Group LLC, where they spearhead HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and focuses on talent acquisition, retention, and employee engagement.

Esther Stone, SHRM-SCP, obtained their certification from the Society for Human Resource Management in 2008. Prior to that, they completed an Associate Degree of Science in Court Reporting from the Long Island Business Institute from 2002 to 2005. Furthermore, Esther Stone holds a Bachelor of Science degree from City, University of London, though the dates of their enrollment and completion are not provided. Additionally, they have an additional certification as a SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, which they obtained in February 2020.
