Shannon Hayes

Shannon Hayes has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Shannon started their career as an Assistant Director of Nursing at Silver Bluff in 1996 and held this position until 2013. Shannon then worked as a Consultant at Pathway Health from December 2013 to June 2014. Shannon then became the Director of MDS/Compliance Services at SanStone Health and Rehab from June 2014 to October 2016. Following this, they worked as a Staff RN at Haywood Regional Medical Center - A Duke LifePoint Hospital from October 2016 to November 2017. Currently, Shannon is the VP of MDS Integration at Broad River Rehab, a position they have held since October 2017.

Shannon Hayes obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Western Carolina University, where they attended from 1991 to 1995. Additionally, they obtained the certification of Registered Nurse from NCBON in August 1995, and the RAC-CT certification from AAPACN in October 2021.
