Douglas Dreyer

Douglas Dreyer is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the technology and engineering sectors. Currently serving on the boards of Smart Response Technologies, Frontier Technologies Inc., and Proteus Space, Inc., Douglas is also the founder of Mind Gear Solutions, which provides strategic planning support across various markets. Notable past positions include Chief Growth Officer at Parsons Corporation, where Douglas developed a strategic plan that increased proposal volumes significantly, and Senior Vice President at Vencore Inc., focusing on predictive analytics and system solutions. With over 25 years at Lockheed Martin, Douglas held various roles including Vice President of Business Development and Program Manager, contributing to significant government contracts and program management. Douglas holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University and an MS in Mechanical Engineering/System Theory from Drexel University.
