William Houston

William Houston, CFA, currently serves as Senior Vice President at Custom House Technology Consultants since August 2019 and as Chapter Director for the Greater Philadelphia Area at COO Forum® since June 2022, where William facilitates peer learning and professional development for COOs. As an investor and Chair of the Blockchain Group at Broad Street Angels since May 2018, William educates over 150 members on Blockchain, Crypto, and NFT technologies, promoting their commercial applications. Previous positions include Vice President of Business Development at GAVS Technologies, Director of Advisory Services Sales at Rolta AdvizeX, and Director of Healthcare Solutions at 4th Source, where William focused on healthcare solutions to reduce hospital readmissions. William's earlier career at Infotech Enterprises Ltd involved leading sales in North America, while various technology and sales roles at IBM spanned over a decade. William holds a BSE in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Duke University and an MBA in Management of Technology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
