Caitlin Romano, MA, is an experienced marketing and communications professional currently serving as the Marketing & Communications Manager at BTC POWER since August 2022. Responsibilities include overseeing company-wide communications, managing social media channels, coordinating trade show participation, and handling media engagement. Previously, Caitlin held various marketing roles at Certified Aviation Services, where duties encompassed branding, competitor analysis, and event coordination, while also serving as Marketing Coordinator at Jetro Restaurant Depot, managing vendor programs and product sampling. Early career experiences include a marketing internship at Signal Hound and entrepreneurship as the Owner/Operator of M Dental Lab LLC, where strategic planning and marketing strategies were implemented. Caitlin holds a Master of Arts in Strategic Communication and Digital Strategy from the University of Oklahoma, a Bachelor of Science in Web Design and Development from Brigham Young University - Idaho, and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Fullerton College.
