Vincent Johnson

Vince is a Certified Water Operator with over 15 years of versatile professional work experience in the mining and construction industries. He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Construction Science from the University of Nevada, Reno. He joined Broadbent in 2021 and manages day to day activities in our Elko, NV satellite office. His experience includes heavy civil construction management (including wastewater and water treatment plants, landfills, and windmill projects), environmental permitting (heap leach pad, PCS pad closure, RIBs and dewatering pipelines, dewatering infiltration water with natural attenuation, mining process components, wells, etc.), and regulatory compliance (shallow and deep well sampling, seeps and springs monitoring, and water and wastewater operations). Professional registrations include Contractor License Class A – General Engineering Qualifier (Nevada), Certified Water Operator – Distribution 2 (Nevada), and Certified Water Operator – Treatment 2 (Nevada). During his free time, Vince enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and their two children and running long distances on mountain trails…the 100-mile variety.
