Kaitlyn Crist

Kaitlyn Crist has a diverse work experience in the entertainment industry. Kaitlyn started their career as a Production Assistant at FX Networks, working on the Emmy-Winning show "Atlanta." Kaitlyn then moved on to work at YouTube, where they were promoted to Additional 2nd Assistant Director on the series "Step Up: High Water."

After that, they worked as an Assistant Director at BET, Warner Bros. Entertainment, and Quibi, gaining experience in managing talent, coordinating with various departments, and working closely with the Assistant Directors and Camera Departments.

Most recently, Kaitlyn has worked as an Assistant Director at Netflix, where they served as the 2nd 2nd Assistant Director for the second season of "Sweet Magnolias." Kaitlyn was responsible for coordinating the day's schedule, collaborating with the Director, and submitting daily production reports. Currently, they are working as a Talent Booker at Broadcast Management Group, Inc.
