Steve Eisen has a diverse work experience in the media industry. Steve started their career in 2001 by establishing their own company, Eisen Video Productions, where they held the position of President. In 2013, they joined IBEW Local 1220, where they served as EIC, V1, TD, Tape Op, and Camera Op.
Starting in 2015, Steve also took on the role of Recording Secretary at IBEW 1220. In 2019, they worked as a Production Assistant at the Village of Hoffman Estates and as a Freelance Cameraman at WTTW/Chicago PBS. At WTTW, they later became a Maintenance Engineer in 2021.
Their experience in the media industry continued to grow, and in 2021, they worked at FOX Sports as a V2. This was followed by a position as a System Integration Specialist at Broadcast Management Group, Inc. in 2022.
Currently, Steve is working as a Video Technician at Big Ten Network. Outside of their professional career, they have also been involved in various organizations. Steve served on the Board of Directors for Saving Tiny Hearts Society and held the position of Vice President at the Chicago Creative Pro Users Group.
Steve Eisen attended Illinois State University from 1987 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Radio/TV Broadcasting and Production. Prior to that, they attended Columbia College Chicago from 1984 to 1985, studying Musical Theatre. In 1983, they briefly studied Musical Theatre at Illinois State University, and in 1984 to 1985, they also studied Musical Theatre at the College of DuPage.
