Dr. Mahalakshmi Nagubandi

Dr. Mahalakshmi Nagubandi has a wealth of work experience spanning from 2006 to 2022. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as a Medical Coder/Biller at Apollo Health Street Ltd. During this time, they were responsible for identifying core issues and diagnosing health problems. From 2009 to 2014, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at GapBridge Software Services Pvt. Ltd. where they managed staff, conducted interviews, and handled salaries and reimbursements. In 2014, they founded Ideative Digital Pvt Ltd. where they were responsible for finances, contracts, and engaging staff. From 2016 to 2022, they worked as a Co-Founder at Broadcast Wearables Pvt Ltd. and was responsible for daily operations, recruitment, and supervising production. In 2022, they founded both Meaningful Foods LLP and Neonflake, where they work to solve the world's biggest problem.

Dr. Mahalakshmi Nagubandi's education history began in 1994 when they completed their 10th grade at Paramjyothi Public School in Amalapuram. Dr. Mahalakshmi then went on to complete their Intermediate degree in Science at SKBR College in Amalapuram from 1994 to 1996. Following this, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Botany, Zoology, and Chemistry from SKBR College from 1996 to 1999. Finally, they obtained a BNYS in Naturopathic Medicine/Naturopathy from Gandhi Naturopathic Medical College in Hyderabad from 2000 to 2006.
