Yura Kang

Yura Kang is an accomplished accountant with extensive experience in federal government financial reporting and corporate accounting. Currently serving as an Accountant at the Broadcasting Board of Governors since September 2016, Yura previously held the role of Corporate Accounting Manager at Inova Health System, overseeing staff and managing various accounting functions including real estate and payroll accounting. With a background as Finance Supervisor at Stanford Children's Health and Senior Accountant at Sutter Health, Yura has demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, audit preparation, and compliance with accounting standards. Additionally, Yura has extensive audit experience from a prior position as Senior Auditor at Macias Gini & O'Connell LLP, where responsibilities included managing financial audit engagements and providing technical accounting research. Yura holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
