The Human Resources team at the Broadcasting Board of Governors is responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, and benefits administration. They also develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills, support international representatives like the Country Representative for Greater China, and ensure regulatory compliance for all human resources activities within the organization.
