Jennifer Mattison

Jennifer Mattison is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Director of HR EMEA at Broadcom Inc., where responsibilities include overseeing all HR matters across the EMEA region, particularly in the UK, Germany, Italy, and France. Prior to this role, Jennifer held the position of Senior Director, People, EMEA at JUUL Labs and served as Vice President of Human Resources, EMEA at CR Bard, managing HR functions across Europe, Emerging Markets, and Africa. Earlier experience includes prominent HR roles at The Body Shop and IBM, where Jennifer focused on employee engagement, executive compensation, and integration projects. Jennifer holds a Post Graduate degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Portsmouth.
