Ken Kutzler

Ken Kutzler serves as the Vice President of AI Systems at Broadcom since March 2025. Prior to this role, Ken held significant positions at Nokia from 2003 to March 2025, including Senior Vice President and General Manager of Hardware Engineering and Hardware Product Management for ION, a division stemming from Alcatel-Lucent and Alcatel. Ken's experience also includes roles as Vice President of Engineering at TIMetra Networks Inc. until its acquisition by Alcatel/Alcatel-Lucent/Nokia, and Director of Product Management at Nortel Networks, which was part of SynOptics and BayNetworks. As CEO of Treseq, Inc., Ken oversaw its sale to Nortel Networks. Additionally, Ken was a Product Line Manager at Bay Networks and the owner of Network Technicians, Inc., a network planning and implementation service. Ken's career began as a Network Analyst at Ford Motor Company. Ken holds a Master’s degree in Telecommunications from the University of Colorado Boulder, earned between 1986 and 1989.
