Pratap Subrahmanyam is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering and technical leadership. Currently serving as a Fellow at Broadcom since November 2023, Pratap has been with VMware as a Principal Engineer and Fellow from February 2000 to the present. Prior to VMware, Pratap was a Member of Technical Staff at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from September 1988 to January 2000. Pratap holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University at Buffalo, obtained between 1985 and 1987, and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, earned from 1981 to 1985.
