Saadat Malik

Saadat Malik is an experienced technology executive currently serving as the Global VP and General Manager of the Edge Computing Business at Broadcom, following their role as VP and GM of Edge Computing at VMware. With a substantial background in the technology sector, Malik held influential positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where responsibilities included leading the Intelligent Edge and IoT services divisions. Prior to HPE, Malik spent nearly two decades at Cisco, where contributions spanned IoT services, connected industries, and security for critical infrastructures. Malik's academic background includes a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Purdue University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from the GIK Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology. Additionally, Malik has held teaching positions at both San Jose State University and Purdue University.
