Sonali Naik Pandit

Sonali Naik Pandit currently serves as the Head of Engineering Services and Strategic Operations for VMware Cloud Foundation at Broadcom since November 2023. Prior to this role, Sonali held multiple positions at VMware from October 2016 to December 2020, including Sr. Director of Business Strategy, Planning and Operations in the Office of the CEO, as well as Director of Business Transformation and Strategic Operations. From January 2010 to September 2016, Sonali worked at Cisco as an Acquisition Integration Sr. Deal Manager and Lead Enterprise Business Architect. Earlier experience includes a tenure at IBM from January 2003 to January 2010, where Sonali served as Business Solutions Manager and Application Systems Control Analyst. Sonali holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from North Carolina State University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in Strategy and Finance from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
