Venkat Ramana Karpuram

Venkat Ramana Karpuram is a highly experienced engineering leader with a robust background in technology and cloud services. Currently serving as the Global Head of Engineering at Broadcom Inc., Venkat Ramana oversees engineering operations across FinOps, Product Security Engineering, and Federal Compliance, while previously managing a $500+ million AIOps business unit. Prior to Broadcom, Venkat Ramana held senior engineering roles at Oracle, including Senior Director of Development, where responsibilities included the architecture and execution of monitoring platforms for Oracle Public Cloud. With a career that spans over two decades, including roles at Fujitsu Network Communications and Network Programs, Venkat Ramana has demonstrated expertise in engineering management, product development, and cloud service transformation. Venkat Ramana earned a Master of Technology in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru University and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from JNTU Anantapur.
