Vimal Babu Mani

Vimal Babu Mani is currently a Principal Engineer at Broadcom, where they lead the physical design for low-power wireless chips and have successfully taped out multiple designs. With expertise in low-power methodologies, prototyping, and hierarchical physical design, Vimal develops flows for DVFS blocks and has a strong command of tcl scripting. Vimal has accumulated extensive experience in the semiconductor industry through roles at companies including Synopsys, Toshiba America Electronics Corporation, Magma Design Automation, and Avanti Corporation. Educationally, Vimal holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications from Coimbatore Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Mississippi State University.
