James T. Denton has been a leading investment banker to financial services companies for the last 30 years. Prior to Broadhaven, he was Co-Head of the Financial Institutions Group at Rothschild where he worked on a broad range of U.S. and cross-border M&A and restructuring transactions. Prior to Rothschild, Mr. Denton was a founding member of J.P. Morgan’s Financial Institutions Group and headed the Bank and Specialty Finance M&A and Asset Management coverage teams. Prior to J.P. Morgan, he was an equity analyst covering banks at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods. Mr. Denton holds a B.A. in Economics and Languages from Rutgers College and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
