Reinhard B. Koester

Reinhard B. Koester has over 20 years of experience as a leading investment banker covering financial institutions. Reinhard served as Co-Head of the Financial Institutions Group at Houlihan Lokey. Previously, Mr. Koester was Co-Head of Specialty Finance at Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan and Barclays. Reinhard has broad transactional experience across multiple industries in financial services and has advised on mergers & acquisitions, equity raises and debt financings. Mr. Koester received his J.D. from Yale Law School, his M.B.A. from the University of Michigan and his B.S. in Finance from Arizona State University.
