Phil Lupercio

Phil is the Vice President of Technology at BroadJump and manages the day-to-day operations of the technology team. Phil began his career at Code Authority (now Improving), a regional provider of cloud software consulting services. His years of experience and success with a diverse set of clientele there culminated in a position of Partner and Senior Architect.

Having worked with BroadJump on a consulting basis since the earliest days of the company in 2012, Phil has greatly enjoyed putting modern technology to work to make BroadJump’s product visions come to life from the ground up. Formally joining the company in 2019, Phil puts his talent, insight, heart and creativity into developing not only amazing applications for the company’s clients, but also developing the skills and capabilities of the in-house technology team.

In his spare time, Phil enjoys gardening, exercise and volunteering with the Dallas Red Foundation’s marketing committee.
