Courtney Schleifer

Courtney Schleifer has a range of work experience primarily in the field of rowing coaching and coordination. Courtney is currently an Onboarding Specialist at Broadlume, where they assist flooring dealers with website creation and collaborates with other teams for a seamless experience. Prior to this, they worked as a Novice Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at Oak Ridge Rowing Association, where they developed training plans, led practices, and handled communication with new club members and parents.
