Jim Campanella has extensive experience in sales leadership roles. Jim started their career at Computer Associates, Inc in 1995 as an Inside Sales Manager, where they led a team of 12 selling software solutions to enterprise clients. Jim then joined divine, inc as a Sales Manager in 2000 before moving on to Allant Group as an Inside Sales Manager in 2002. At Allant Group, they built a new sales team and was responsible for lead generation and sales opportunities.

From 2019 to 2021, Jim worked at LexisNexis as Vice President of Sales, overseeing SMB sales teams supporting legal-tech and legal content services, delivering $200M in annual recurring revenue. Most recently, they joined Ministry Brands in 2021 as Vice President of Sales before transitioning to their current role as Vice President of Sales at Broadlume in 2022.
