Shaunticia Jones

Shaunticia Jones has a diverse set of work experiences spanning over several years. Shaunticia began their career as a Quality Assurance Specialist at OfficeClip in 2004, where they analyzed client change requests and logged defects. Shaunticia then worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Nexidia Inc from 2005 to 2007, responsible for gathering business requirements and validating software applications. From 2007 to 2009, they served as a QA Analyst at Thomson Reuters, performing response time quality testing and interacting with stakeholders and development teams.

In 2010, Shaunticia joined Sun Technologies as a Project/Program Manager at AT&T and held the position for three years. Shaunticia then worked at ARRIS as a Sales Engineer and later as a Customer Program Manager, where they formulated and monitored projects, managed schedules and budgets, and assessed program performance.

Shaunticia then joined PeopleNet in 2016 as a Technical Support specialist before transitioning to Bullhorn in 2017. At Bullhorn, they worked as a Support Analyst and later as an Enterprise/Tier2 Technical Support Analyst. Shaunticia'sresponsibilities included troubleshooting IT problems, providing end-user support and training, generating reports, and collaborating with various teams.

From 2020 to 2023, Shaunticia worked at Neo Verify as a Customer Success Specialist, ensuring customer satisfaction and success. Currently, they are employed at Broadlume as an Onboarding Specialist starting in 2023.

Shaunticia Jones began their education in 1998 at Grambling State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science. Shaunticia completed their undergraduate studies in 2003. In the same year, they enrolled at American InterContinental University, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Technology in 2004.

Additionally, Shaunticia Jones obtained a certification in Nano Tips for Using Excel with Kat Norton from LinkedIn in April 2023.
