Joseph Shelton

Joseph Shelton currently serves as a Security Officer at The Broadmoor, a position held since September 2025. Prior experience includes roles at Colorado College, where Joseph worked as a Campus Safety Officer, Campus Safety Investigator, and an Occasional On-Call Campus Safety Officer from September 2018 to August 2025. Responsibilities involved ensuring the safety of the campus community, conducting investigations, and providing emergency support. Joseph also contributed as a COVID-19 Contact Tracer and served as a Patron Experience Guide at the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center. Previous work experience includes roles in housekeeping at Buffalo Lodge Bicycle Resort and ANTLER HOTEL, as well as a STEP Student Intern at Colorado Springs Utilities. Joseph is currently pursuing an Associate of Arts in Political Science and Government at Pikes Peak State College, expected to graduate in May 2027.
