Maggie Gaudio

Maggie Gaudio currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at The Broadmoor, a position held since June 2025. Prior to this role, Maggie worked at Fairmont Kea Lani Maui from June 2021 to June 2025, where responsibilities included serving as the Regional Director of Talent & Culture for Hawaii as well as the Area Director of Talent and Culture. From July 2011 to June 2021, Maggie was employed at Ojai Valley Inn & Spa, progressing from Assistant Director of Human Resources to Director of Human Resources. Earlier experience includes the role of Human Resources Manager at Portola Hotel & Spa from November 2007 to June 2011.
