Jeff Lamson

Jeff Lamson has over 18 years of experience in the IT field. Jeff began their career in 2002 as a Computer Technician for Littlewood's Office Systems. In 2004, they transitioned to a Software Support Tech role for Ramesys Hospitality Inc. Jeff then moved to Digital Solutions INC in 2006 as a Software Support Tech. In 2007, they became a Network Operations employee at AccuWeather. In 2009, they joined Three Wire Systems LLC as an IT Specialist and CSR, where they maintained a Windows Server 2008 domain controller with active directory, set up and maintained a remotely hosted web server, and trained veterans and employees on the use of a Virtual Environment built on Teleplace. In 2010, they became a Service Dispatcher for Nittany Oil Company. In 2011, they were promoted to Service Supervisor at Fast-teks On-Site Computer Services. In 2012, they became an Internal Systems Support Tech II at Verio inc. In 2014, they joined Broadnet as an Infrastructure Engineer, where they were responsible for FEDRAMP/NIST 80053 Compliance Preparation, Azure Active Directory Administration and ADSync Admin, Azure Hosted SQL Instance Administration, Azure SAML and Single Sign On Conversion, Microsoft Intune (endpoint Manager) with Autopilot for Windows and mobile device management migration and administration, Microsoft Defender ATP Admin, Mimecast Admin, Server 2019 WSUS Administration, Server 2019 DFS Replication Administration, Server 2019 PKI Config & Certificate Authority Administration, Server 2019 Routing and Remote Access, Server 2019 DHCP Administration, Server 2019 DNS Administration, Server 2019 Group Policy Administration, VMware ESXi 5.5-6 and vSphere Administration, Office 365 Migration from Hosted Exchange, Office 365 Administration and Compliance, Air Watch (Workspace One) Mobil Device Management Administrator, Ninja RMM Admin, Active Directory Administration, and more. In 2018, they were promoted to Senior Infrastructure Engineer.

Jeff Lamson obtained a Certification in Computer/Network Tech from the Cittone Institute between 2001 and 2002.
