Tyler Briskie

Tyler Briskie has worked in software engineering since 2017. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at Vertafore as a Software Engineer, where they designed, tested, and built Java microservices from scratch for a ground-up rebuild of an enterprise application platform. Tyler also worked on creating business and client facing UIs in React and Angular. In 2020, Tyler began working at Broadnet as a Senior Front End Developer. In this role, they are part of a team doing a ground up rewrite of their entire software platform, focusing on frontend development in Angular. Their responsibilities include writing code, writing Karma unit tests and Cypress end-to-end test suites, code reviews, and mentorship of the most junior developer.

Tyler Briskie attended the University of Colorado Denver from 2001 to 2005 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Music and a Bachelor's degree in Music. In 2016, they attended Galvanize - Denver, Platte and completed a Web Development Immersive program. In October 2022, they obtained the Programming Foundations: Secure Coding certification from LinkedIn.
