Ryan Sanghi

Ryan Sanghi is the current Director of Southeast Asia at BroadPath. Prior to joining BroadPath, Ryan worked at IQVIA from June 2013 to October 2016. At IQVIA, Ryan served as a Senior Manager/Senior Consultant - Remote. In this role, they were responsible for project management, on-shore and off-shore resource management & training, requirements gathering, functional design, incentive compensation plan logic, reports development and web portal design, system testing & QA, and client go live. Ryan reported to the Director of Client Services and partnered with the client to understand their data management, incentive compensation, reporting processes and business rules. Ryan also worked with the Principal to identify revenue generating opportunities and made recommendations. Ryan adhered to the Statement of Work and project plan, meeting milestones, deadlines and required content. Ryan led in mentoring, training and cross-training analysts, balancing resources, documenting best practices and procedures, and quality checking client deliverables. Ryan also led weekly status calls with the client and presented quarterly analysis of Sales Force Effectiveness to the client. In addition, they created and shared tools that reduced coding errors, sped implementation and improved visibility of business rules. Ryan also validated bug fixes and made recommendations for feature enhancements to the core software product, Nexxus Incent.

Ryan Sanghi has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from UCF College of Business, a Bachelor of Science of Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) in Finance from University of Central Florida, and an Associate Broker Pre-License Program from Armbrust Real Estate Institute in Denver, CO. Ryan also has a Real Estate Sales Associate License from Arizona School of Real Estate & Business in Scottsdale, AZ, and a Diploma from Warren Area High School in Warren, PA. In addition, Ryan has additional computer science and technical skills.
