Ashima Ghei

Ashima Ghei serves as the Interim Chief Financial Officer at Broadridge and has previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer for Investor Communication Solutions. Prior to Broadridge, Ashima Ghei was with American Express, where roles included Vice President of Merchant Pricing for the Americas, Vice President of Strategic Business Analysis, and VP/LFO for Business Development and Commerce Innovation. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President for the Private Client Group at Kotak Securities. Ashima Ghei holds a BA Hons in Economics from Sri Venkateswara University and graduated from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, during the years 2000 to 2002.
