Germán oversees our corporate strategy function, focusing on partnerships and other growth-related activities. Prior to joining Broadridge, he was President and a member of the Board of Directors for Cloud9 Technologies, LLC, a cloud-based voice trading communications and analytics company. Previously, Germán held key roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co., AIC Private Equity and McKinsey & Co. Inc.
